Tasty @ CafeOn: Easy Chapati Wrap Recipe!

Chapati Wraps can be the perfect breakfast or midday snacks for a busy day. Our three ingredients Chapati wrap with protein of your choice is a nutritious treat that is easy to make and very easy to make!

Ingredients: Serves 3-4 people

  • 2 cups of whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • salt
  • Chutney
  • Salsa
  • 1 cup of shredded Chicken Tikka/Seekh Kabab, or Vegetable Saute

Method:

  1. In a bowl add flour and salt. Gradually pour water and knead.
  2. Sprinkle flour on the working countertop and roll out the dough in form of round chapatis.
  3. Heat up a flat griddle and press the dough so that it cooks on both sides.
  4. Once it is cooked spread a generous amount of Chutney on the Chapati
  5. Place your vegetables or shredded meat, coriander leaves, vegetable salsa in the middle and roll it up.
  6. Cut the Wrap in half and cover it with plastic wrap to have it for lunch or later during the day.
