The premise for this one sounds crazy…and then you hear it’s based on a real group of friends and their real game. It follows the aforementioned group, and for one month a year every year they play a huge game of tag, and they’ve been doing it since their student days. Whoever loses is ‘It’ for the year until the game starts again. As the players have gotten older, the game has become more about stealth, surprise and subterfuge. When the best player who has never been tagged decides this will be his final year, the rest decide they have to tag him at least once before he retires. The trailers suggest that they will go to no end to achieve this, ambushing each other at weddings, funerals and even in the middle of the night if they have to. Pay attention to this one as it looks like an under the radar hit for sure.
