On Hulu series, Only Murders In The Building featuring Steve Martin and Selena Gomez has been released. Sanjida Tanmoy reports,
In the new series trailer, Gomez plays her role as Mabel. She is a mysterious young woman, who lives alone in a lavish Manhattan apartment building where a resident named Tim is murdered. Mabel teams up with fellow renters Oliver, an eccentric Broadway producer, and Charles (Martin), a former TV detective, to try and solve the murder while also producing a podcast about it.
The series is co-created and written by Martin.
A synopsis explained the story like…
“follows three strangers (Martin, Martin Short, and Gomez) who share an obsession with true crime and suddenly find themselves wrapped up in one. When a grisly death occurs inside their exclusive Upper West Side apartment building, the trio suspects murder and employs their precise knowledge of true crime to investigate the truth.”
The series started with the three main protagonists who solve the cases as they unfold. Only Murders In The Building is set to debut in the US on August 31. Hopefully, you already watch the trailer at the bottom.
