When Chihiro and her parents stop and accidentally wander into the spirit world. They find themselves trapped in a strange and unusual bathhouse for spirits, renamed Sen and forced to work there, Spirited Away (and any of the Ghibli films for that matter) present the strange and unusual setting and revel in the confusing and strange elements presented, especially in it’s characters. After a large catalogue of Miyazaki’s films now available on Netflix, now is the perfect chance to forget about where we are now, put one on, and just see where it takes you now.
