South Korean Popstar Sulli Found Dead at Her Home

South Korean popstar Choi Jin-ri commonly known as Sulli, found dead at her home on Monday afternoon.
According to the police, sulli’s body was discovered by her manager at her home on the neighborhood of the capital, Seoul.
Sulli was a former member of top girl group f(x) who was also famous for her outspokenness and drive for women’s rights.
The 25 years old popstar had been suffering from ‘severe depression’, police said in a statement.
“So far, it seems she killed herself, but we will leave all possibilities open and investigate,” a police official said.
Police also found a note at the scene.
The exact cause of the death is not found yet and investigation is going on by the police.
In previous, Sulli had suffered many online bullying and harassment as she was working for women’s right.
She also posted the word “Goodbye” on her Instagram account.
According to the recent government figures, South Korea has one of the world’s highest rates of suicide.
Last year K-pop megastar Jonghyun, whose real name was Kim Jong-hyun, ended his own life in Seoul.
