Set in an elite boarding school for elite students that comes under siege from all varieties of monsters once a sinkhole is opened up under the school. The iconic duo doesn’t seem to be the main stars this time around, with the main characters being the students within the school.
Opening on what looks like the premise for any high school drama movie but quickly devolving into terror once the creatures start making an appearance.
With Simon Pegg playing Meredith Houseman, one of the school staff and Nick Frost as ‘Woody’, the head of the fracking company who uncover the sinkhole.
Fans of British horror can expect a good blend of action and comedy, hopefully similar to Shaun of the Dead and the style both are well known for, despite neither of them having a writing credit for this outing.
