I remember seeing all the posters for this, with people trying to work out Dwayne Johnson’s trajectory as he jumps in the poster. This sees U.S. War Vet Will Sawyer framed for setting the aforementioned skyscraper ablaze, trying to find those responsible, clear his name and also save his family trapped at the top. The film sees him racing against time, bad guys and presumably gravity. In a world where action flicks can be somewhat repetitive, it would be nice to see if this does manage to break the mould with its plot. It could end up being the next Die Hard, but could just as easily fall down into the dark depths of genericness that many other action flicks before it have fallen into.
