Film fans flock to the showcase cinemas to watch the first Christmas film of this year. They experienced the show with falling snow. Anika Khan reports.
On Sunday, the visitors of Showcase Cinema de Lux Bluewater were treated to an immersive winter wonderland experience with Santa sleigh, reindeer, candy canes, and nutcrackers. To top it up, the guests also got to experience snowfall as they walked inside the cinema. It was a truly amazing experience for visitors.
Showcase cinema put up an early screening of the iconic blockbuster, Home Alone. This lifted up the holiday spirits of film fans, all across the country.

Showcase Cinemas wanted to start the festive vibe early this year by screening the first Christmas film of 2020. The popular one-off screening was sold out in minutes. They created their very own winter wonderland.
Showcase UK General Manager said, “ The big-screen experience has the power to transport you anywhere, but we wanted to give it some extra Christmas sparkle.”
The Showcase sites have been put through a strict cleaning regime and sanitizing stations have been installed for the visitors.
They have lined up a promising list of Christmas screening in the following months.
