Show Cancelled after Gary Numan's Tour Bus Hits and Kills Elderly Man

Electronic legend Gary Numan has cancelled a show on his US tour after the singer’s tour bus fatally hit and killed a 91-year-old man on 24th September.
The accident happened close to Cleveland’s House of Blues before 12:45 p.m. where he was scheduled to play on Monday evening.
Police said the man was in the crosswalk pushing a cart when he was hit. The bus was making a right turn from the southbound lane of East 9th Street into the westbound lane of Superior Avenue, according to Cleveland police.
“We are all utterly devastated by the fatal accident involving our tour bus earlier today”, Numan responded in a statement posted on Twitter.
“Everyone of us is filled with a sadness that made it impossible to even consider playing our show this evening, and out of respect it would have been entirely wrong.
“At the moment all we can think about are the people affected by this terrible tragedy and to them we send all our love.”
The 45-year-old driver of the tour bus was not arrested following the accident but police is investigating the reason behind the accident. The identity of the old man is not yet confirmed.
