How to cook-
First, put the shemai on a frying pan and fry it with butter and add one cup of sugar in it. Fry it for 5 minutes with medium heat. Next, take two cups of liquid milk, half cup of condensed milk, one cup of powder milk, 2 tbsp of cornflour and cook it until it gets thin. Then take a box and create layers by putting the fried shemai first and the cooked milk on that. Create few layers and put the box in refrigerator for two hours.
Finally, serve it as you want, and enjoy!
