SC Speaks Out on Sushant Singh Case: ‘Truth Should Unravel’

The Supreme Court speaks out on Wednesday, for the Bollywood star Sushant Singh who was found hanging in his apartment that the truth behind this terrible incident should come out and raise questions against Mumbai Police. Puza Snigdha reports.

Calling the actor’s death as an “unfortunate incident”, Justice Hrisheksh Roy accused the Mumbai Police of putting the SP Vinay Tiwary in quarantine who came to Mumbai from Bihar, is the in-charge for Sushant’s case.
“A gifted and talented artist has passed away in circumstances which are unusual”, said Justice Hrisheksh.

The Bollywood star was found dead in his own apartment in Bandra on 14th June and following the incident K.K Singh, Sushant’s father filed a case against the actor’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty. Rhea has requested the Supreme Court to transfer the case to Mumbai from Patna but the decision is yet to be taken.

The Mumbai Municipal Corporation quarantined Vinay Tiwari on Sunday just after he reached Mumbai. Justice Hrisheksh said this is not a good message to the Bihar police and he asked the authorities to work professionally.

The Centre court will transfer the case to the CBI and asked Mumbai police to handover all the investigation reports to in three days.
