This year, celebrations started earlier as a couple of our celebs attended Doja Cat’s underwater-themed birthday celebration in costume, including the birthday girl herself in a very Princess Kida from Atlantis costume.
Justin, Hailey Bieber, and Billie Eilish also joined the party. Hayley Kiyoko shouted out Squid Game together with her costume, and Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker dressed their own.
