Samuel Seo & Qim Isle – Elbow

Teaming up one of South Korea’s most highly rated musicians with one of its best known rappers could be described as a bit of a risk with the possibility of a clash of personalities likely. Ther are no signs of a clash on this strikingly forward thinking EP though. Every part of “Elbow” is crammed full of ideas that take from a whole range of genres. This isn’t just a very good set of songs, it’s near genius level. While it may struggle to take on the traditional western charts, this is an album which will find favour and influence others globally.
