Famous rapper Drake has sued a woman, Layla Lace who falsely accused Drake of sexual assault and also impregnated by the rapper.
Drake has cleared the allegation against him, on Friday and charged the woman of civil extortion, defamation, according to TMZ report. “Filing made by Drake against Layla Lace has been resolved”.
Drake on live show announced that he has settled a lawsuit against Layla Lace and Drake’s attorney says that the rapper and his team are “satisfied with this outcome”.
“Filing made by Drake against Layla Lace has been resolved, by agreeing to a stipulated judgment which prohibits her from repeating past statements she made against” said TMZ reports.
Layla accused Drake in 2017 by set a post on instragram.
“I know who I sleep with unprotected, period. So it’s 100 percent sure. He knows it,” said this Layla.
Drake took the matter seriously when she demanded began demanding Drake to pay for the baby. Drake’s legal team requested a paternity test was eventually cleared in the case.
Layla later contacted him with text messages and also threatened him to go public with her sexual assault claims if he didn’t give her money. But Drake said he lacked the time or energy to respond to her advances, which further amplified her ire for him.
