Quentin Tarantino’s latest film is an interesting snapshot of a time some people may recall and others may have no idea about: Hollywood in 1969. Featuring a list of famous actors playing classic Hollywood actors such as Bruce Lee, Rick Dalton and Sharon Tate. Presenting a fictional take on some real events, it weaves a tale of truth and also ties it fictitiously to certain events as well. At its core presents the end of one era and the beginning of another and Rick Dalton struggling to stay relevant in an industry that has chewed him up and swallowed him out. Fans of Tarantino’s old work should certainly find things to enjoy here.
