Every day 34 young adults in their 20s and 30s are diagnosed with cancer. Trekstock is the only charity in the UK that specifically supports them to get moving again – psychologically, socially and physically. We are asking for a few minutes of your time to nominate us for The Sun newspaper’s £1,000,000 Charity Giveaway this Christmas.
All you need to do is fill out a short form on The Sun website. We are asking for £5,000 to enable us to roll out Meet & Move to Swansea – our first Welsh city – in 2020. Our Meet and Move days provide opportunities to connect with others and learn from experts in a safe welcoming environment. Physical activity introduces participants to safe ways they can improve their strength, to have a positive impact on their physical and mental wellbeing.
