Newcastle Pride Announces Black Tie Ball Fundraiser for LGBT Charity

Newcastle Pride have arranged a themed fundraiser in the lead up to their main event in a move that will see all proceeds go to the LGBT charity, Northern Pride.
Their annual fundraiser is just one of the many events put on by the group throughout the year, and the 2018 edition is set to be a real classy affair, as the theme is: a Black Tie Ball!
The bash has been arranged to further promote Newcastle Pride, which is one of the largest and most recognised LGBT festivals (which is free to attend) within the UK.
The Black Tie Ball will be held at the Crowne Plaza on 27 June, and the evening will include a delicious three-course meal and a lively programme of entertainment resulting in a disco and raffle.
Stephen Willis, festival director of Newcastle Pride, said: “Newcastle Pride is one of the largest, free festivals of its kind in the country and events like this are essential in order to sustain that for the future.
“It’s a great excuse to unwind and get in the party spirit in the lead up to Pride, so we hope people get out their glad rags and join us for a fantastic night of fun.”
Newcastle Pride takes place 20 – 22 July and will feature Alexandra Burke and S Club as headliners.
