New on Netflix UK: May 2020!

With many of us stuck indoors due to the current lockdown conditions, let’s take a look at all of the latest releases coming to Netflix in May! 

TV:

Hollywood (1 May) – In post-World War II Hollywood, an ambitious group of aspiring actors and filmmakers will do almost anything to make their dreams come true.

Dead To Me season 2 (8 May) – A hotheaded widow searching for the hit-and-run driver who mowed down her husband befriends an eccentric optimist who isn’t quite what she seems.

Schitt’s Creek season 6 (14 May) – Suddenly broke, the formerly filthy-rich Rose family is reduced to living in a ramshackle motel in a backwater town they once bought as a joke.

Film:

Adult Life Skills (1 May) – Jodie Whittaker stars as Anna in this 2016 British comedy. Approaching 30 but still living at her mum’s house, she’s desperate to finally grow up.

Labyrinth (1 May) – Jim Henson’s 1986 classic fantasy film, starring the late David Bowie as Jareth the Goblin King.

Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt: Kimmy Vs. the Reverand (12 May) – Not just any film, this is an interactive Kimmy Schmidt special! Kimmy’s getting married, but first, she has to foil the Reverend’s evil plot. What should she do next? You decide!

The Lovebirds (22 May) – When a couple in the fast lane to splitsville accidentally careens into a murder, they take off on a wild race to find the killer and clear their names.
