Canada’s musical beasts, also referred to as Canada’s best-kept secret have released their latest new single, Push That Way, and it actually sounds really, really good. Adam Humphries reports.
Even I am impressed and I have never even heard of these guys till now and am now an official convert. Push That Way is just 3 minutes 53 seconds long and yet it packs a lot in.
The song is a mixture of both hip-hop and cosmic which is somewhat interesting as you never really think of those two sounds mixing together, let alone creating something this good. But either way, hear it is and it sounds simply awesome. If you like your hip-hop sounds then the chances are you are probably going to like this one.
Now what I like about Canadian hip-hop is that it never fails to impress and Push That Way is actually proof of that.
Vocally, Anthony Salvo and Terrell McLeod Richardson are a musical sensation that has just simply been waiting to happen, and now it has I for one want more.
Another thing I enjoy about this song is that it has that soulful, melodic sound that weaves itself all the way through the song, from start to finish. If this song was a flame-thrower, then it is officially running wild and is amazing.
