Lasse Matthiessen – romantic electronic gem ‘Dreams Don’t Make Noise’
The new indie electronic gem from Danish singer songwriter Lasse Matthiessen, and as you’d expect, he’s not afraid to go down a slightly dark path. Or at least one that’s a little moodier. In his latest track dreams he sings about memories of his dreams, memories of a person once loved or place once known. He sings about it as romantically as he does with a sadness. Lassie isn’t afraid to wear his heart on his sleeve or talk about the the more sombre side when it comes to feelings be them happy or sad
When you listen closely to the lyrics Lasse doesn’t shy away when it comes to telling us about Chasing Dreams. The side of the lyrics is about how things can be we don’t chase our dreams. They just cease to be and we forget about them and then they’re gone.

Jackson Mico Milas – evocative new single “The Bay Fire”! and accompanying video
Not that long ago Jackson Mico Milas released his latest track the bay fire. Well now here is the accompanying music video to that track. Overall it’s not that bad, very simplistic, doesn’t look like a cost a fortune to make and has a nice usage of old colour film footage which gives it that vintage type of feel
The video has that stripped back look where it’s not overloaded with props. It’s just a nicely spaced out location with with Jackson playing on the piano along with some intercuts of old film footageDusk
Sao Paulo – dance performance for The Labrit Project’s ‘Way Down’ remix video
As always, whenever Dusk Sao Paulo makes a remix he never fails to deliver. He just knows how to make a great track, and how to to mix it, remix it and deliver it. London based guitarist and music producer, Muca, has teamed up with singer Randolph Matthews for a duo single project, The Labrit Project and and Way Down remix. What’s breathtaking about this is that it’s a a mix of different sounds reworked and taken in an alternate direction. A great listen and stays faithful to their cultural roots
If ever you needed proof of just how talented these two two musical maestros are then check this out. If you like your sounds to be different, then you might just like this.
