IGGY POP features on KETY FUSCO’s new single ‘SHE’

Watch

A great use of video effects, has that Call of Duty feel to it with some absolutely stunning visuals. I myself am not a video gaming fan at best but I do admire the work and creativity Kety’s put into this. For me it doesn’t matter that there’s seemingly no connection between the song and the video

Paul Danan Memorial Charity Cup in aid of Little Havens- 24th May in Essex.

For anyone who watched British soap opera, Hollyoaks, during the late 90’s into the early 00’s and was a regular viewer of Celebrity Love Island (2005) will be aware of the actor, the late Paul Danan who died in January this year.

There are big names from stage and screen played and entertained last year (including actors Tamer Hassan, Linda Robson, Councillor Adrian Garden (Mayor Of Brixton), Shane Lynch, DJ Roni Size), and more than £5000 was raised

Belgium’s leading punk band CAPTAIN KAISER release killer new single “ROADKILL”!

Listen

I’ve never heard of this band before up until now but I will say that I’m intrigued by them. Roadkill has that aggression which fits the mood of the song as it’s not afraid to get loud

Watch

The way that they’ve set up various camera angles fits the mood of the song as it just focuses on the front-man, it gives that ‘welcome to me and my mind’ vibe to it. The sushi here, I think, is a metaphor for the lyrics about health and mentality

Super Market – ‘Shopping List’ EP

Download/Stream

Cereal, Instant Coffee, Ice Cream and Bread, it does sound like a shopping list just as well it’s the name of the new EP by Super Market which happens to be called…. Shopping List.

Six songs, all catchy and with that element of cheeky chappie British humour about it. Though it’s a small EP it’s actually really good

caroline announce new album ‘caroline 2’, out May 30th on Rough Trade Records + share new single ‘Tell me I never knew that’ Feat. Caroline Polachek

watch the video now!

The way that the video has been done gives it that video diary effect and add the vocals it’s like it’s reflecting on days gone by, but on a personal level. I like how the song takes a shift just as you’re getting used to it with the sudden introduction of stronger guitar riffs and a more strengthened female vocals
