Mark Hoppus Reveals New Blink-182 Sounds Like Early Classic Blink

Blink-182’s bassist & vocalist Mark Hoppus says the new songs that blink-182 is working on, sound like 200’s hit album “Take Off Your Pants and Jacket”.
The album was the band’s fourth album released back in 2001 featuring classic tracks like ‘The Rock Show’.
While there’s been no confirmed release date, the outspoken king of twitter Hoppus shed some light on the sound and wrote to tell fans, “Early days still but the newest blink-182 songs sound like they pick up where Take Off Your Pants and Jacket left off.”
The new music would be the band’s first release with guitarist and vocalist Matt Skiba who put out the highly-successful album “California” in 2016 in place of Tom DeLonge.
According to a report, the trio recently announced a huge Las Vegas residency scheduled for later this year. They’ll play a total of 16 dates at Pearl Theater at the Palms Casino Resort during May, June, October and November.
“We just have to cast our show girls, create our set list – a true throwback of Vegas classics with Sinatra, Liberace,”they commented, “Maybe we can even marry someone on stage…The possibilities in Vegas are endless”.
