Lana Del Rey Performs on Fallon: “Let Me Love You Like a Woman”

Lana Del Rey appeared as a musical guest on the Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon on Monday night, 14th December. Puza Snigdha reports.

Lana performed her new song ‘Let Me Love You Like A Woman’ in a pre-recorded segment. The pre-recorded video was shot in a rustic bar, supported by a band and backup singers.

The song ‘Let Me Love You Like A Woman’ was released back in October as a part of her forthcoming seventh studio album “Chemtrails Over the Country Club.” The song was written by Jack Antonoff and Lana Del Rey.

The upcoming LP “Chemtrails Over the Country Club” follows her five star rated album ‘Normal Fucking Rockwell!’The full album is set to release on January 7, 2021 which was originally about to come back in Septmber.

In the same month, Lana also shared a cover of George Gershwin’s 1935 standard “Summertime.” She also covered Sublime’s 1996 track “Doin’ Time”. Her covered songs raised fund which helped Los Angeles and New York Philharmonic orchestras during the coronavirus pandemic.

The singer announced in November that she will release an album of American classics and standards.

In July, Lana released Violet Bent Backwards Over the Grass, the spoken-word poetry collection.
