Lana Del Rey Drops “Chemtrails Over The Country Club”

Lana Del Rey has revealed the video for her new song “Chemtrails Over the Country Club,” the title track for her upcoming album. Puza Snigdha reports.

‘Chemtrails Over The Country Club’ is the title song of her upcoming album which is set to release on March 19th. The single is a follow-up to her “Norman Fucking Rockwell”.

The 11 track list album includes includes her recent single “Let Me Love You Like a Woman,” the previously teased “Tulsa Jesus Freak,” “For Free”. She performed the song “Let Me Love You Like a Woman” on Jimmy Fallon.

Before releasing the gorgeous, minimal piano ballad song, the singer teased the arrival on Instagram sharing the cover of the album. The cover featured a black-and-white photo of a group of women seated at a table.

“There’s always turmoil and upheaval and in the midst of it- there’s always beautiful music too, introducing my new album chemtrails over the country club”- she captioned.

Jack Antonoff and Rick Nowels worked with Lana as the producer of the album. Antonoff, Nowels, Nikki Lane wrote the songs for her.

Talking about the diversity of the people on the album Lana said, “These are my friends this is my life. We are all a beautiful mix of everything—some more than others which is visible and celebrated in everything I do.”

The album supposed to come in September 2020 but due to the pandemic the release date was postponed.

Back in September, Lana released a debut poetry book titled, “Violet Bent Backwards Over the Grass”.
