Kylie Minogue Drops Studio 2054 Remix of ‘Real Groove’

Kylie Minogue has released a remix version of ‘Real Groove’ as a part of Studio 2054 livestream, featuring Dua Lipa. Puza Snigdha reports.

Kylie shared the remix song on 31st December that adds instrumentation and a slightly more upbeat tempo.

“DUA DUA DUA! La Lipa joins me for a SUUUUPER SPECIAL #Studio2054 remix of #REALGROOVE @dualipa 4 EVA,” Minogue wrote on Instagram.

Back in November, the both disco-pop queens jointly performed the remix song at Minogue’s Studio 2054 livestream.

The original song ‘Real Groove’ belongs to Kylie’s 15th studio album ‘Disco’, released in November. The album also features the singles “Say Something” and “Magic.”

The Studio 2054 livestream is a virtual concert streaming in real time across the globe. It is a Thanksgiving weekend program for all of fans who love her. The star-studded pay-per-view show featured guest appearances by Kylie Minogue, FKA Twigs, Miley Cyrus, J Balvin, Bad Bunny, Tainy, Angèle, Elton John, and The Blessed Madonna.

Each act included around 20 dancers and the neon light took the stage to some other dimension of the world. It was filmed at disco club Studio 54 in London. In this global pandemic Studio 2054 sounds like the ideal escape for the people who can’t wait to go back in the crowd.

However, Kylie wished good luck to her fans by a post on Instagram saying, “I want to send my love to the many who were absolute shining lights through 2020. Some of you I know and others I don’t, but thank you for your strength, solace, laughs, music and shoulders to cry on when I need it most.”
