Primavera Sound festival has announced their 2021 lineup where Kim Gordon and Slowthai are set to attend the festival. Puza Snigdha reports.
The Barcelona competition is going to take place from June 2-6, 2021 to celebrate their 20th anniversary. The 2020 festival was canceled because of coronavirus pandemic situation.
Here are a few key points about the festival:
- 54 more artists have been added to the Primavera 2021 line-up which includes headliners like Tame Impala, The Strokes and Tyler, the Creator.
- Among today’s additions are Gordon and Slowthai, who join the 2021 line-up along with Kurt Vile, Khruangbin, The Murder Capital and Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever.
- “2021 event will be the biggest edition in the history of the festival”, said the Primavera in a statement and also confirmed that “thousands” of 2020 ticketholders have already opted to keep their ticket for the 2021 event.
Tickets to the 2020 Primavera event will be valid for 2021 show, and remaining tickets for the 2021 festival are on sale now.
