Kendrick Lamar, Travis Scott, Kings of Leon, Fall Out Boy and Panic! At The Disco and many more are the main stage stars chosen for the Reading August 2018 festival and we couldn’t be more excited!
The festival has been ongoing since 1971 with iconic rock stars such as Nirvana and Artic Monkeys but this year’s event will take a slight turn to invite Hip-Hop and Rap’s current stars to headline – Kendrick Lamar who has had a tremendous year with four Grammy wins and Travis Scott who released a joint album with Migos’s Quavo which debuted at number one on the American iTunes Charts.
The festival will take place on the 24 – 26 August with many, many treats for those in attendance. On the BBC Radio One Stage, Birmingham’s Mist is due to perform as well as Manchester’s IAMDDB. On the 26 August, we have on the main stage J Hus, Krept and Konan and Diplo.
Also on the main stage, we have a comeback from The Wombats and The Kooks. Big Shaq and Friends are also due to light up the stage.
