Kanye West fails to drop his ‘Jesus is King’ album, once again

By Shayan Shakir
Kanye’s fans have once again been let down by his long awaited album being delayed one more time.
West claimed on Thursday (24 Oct), that he would be releasing his album ‘Jesus is King’ at midnight.
However, at midnight, fans found no trace of a new album being uploaded to any of the major streaming services including Spotify or Apple Music.

Fans found themselves in the same situation as in the previous month, and also the previous year. According to Kanye, the reason behind these delays is that the mixes on some of the album’s tracks needed to be fixed.
Previously, the album was supposed to be released on 25 September, but this deadline was most definitely not met. Kim Kardashian, Kanye’s wife, claimed shortly after that the album will be released on 29 September. But the album was once again not released on that day either.
As expected, fans are disappointed, frustrated and unhappy about the constant delays and have took to platforms such as Twitter to express their thoughts and opinions on the whole situation.
