Originally released in March 2012, Journey has a near perfect review score from every game reviewer with a name in the business. The objective of the game is simple, you’re a desert nomad with a mountain in the horizon you have to reach. The beauty of the game lies in the world-building and, as mentioned before, the breathtaking music. As you travel over a variety of vistas, the game will lull you into a meditative state. At the end of the day, Journey is a simple but beautiful symbiosis of art, music and technology.
