Jeremy Corbyn’s last efforts are seen as he further continues to deprive Boris Johnson of a majority, as he promises British voters that he will be putting “money in your pocket”.
Corbyn has promised voters several improvements for the “working class”, such as increasing national wages to £10 per hour, free personal care for people over 65 and also cutting down household bills.
As the election day approaches, Corbyn is said to focus on voters’ finance and the NHS during the final days of the campaign.
Today, shadow chancellor John McDonnell, will be giving a speech in London where he will echo Jeremy Corbyn’s phrase of, “money in your pocket”.
He is said to start working on Labour party’s top most priorities which includes initiating a green industrial revolution and also increase spending on several public services.
The shadow chancellor will be saying,“In too many parts of the country, we have been wasting people’s potential. That’s down to successive governments sitting back and leaving the fate of whole communities at the mercy of market forces”
