How to Make: Falooda

Ingredients

  • 400ml milk full fat chilled.
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar organic.
  • 1.5 tablespoon sweet basil seeds or sabja seeds.
  • 2-4 tablespoons of Rose jelly
  • 2 tablespoons of rose syrup.
  • 1/2 cup noodles or any thin vermicelli.
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream.
  • 1 cup mixed fruits such as apple, banana, mango, strawberries etc

What to do
1. Boil milk until it reduces to half. Add sugar & mix well. Next chilled.

2. Soak falooda seeds in a bowl of water for two hours then drain excess
water.

3. Boil noodles in a saucepan with hot water. Drain the vermicelli and
chill.

For the garnish
1. Add jelly to two large serving glasses.

2. Then add sabja seeds. Add vermicelli and later rose syrup.

3. Next pour milk.

4. Then scoop off the ice cream and add it to the glass.

5. Add the diced fruits and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Finally, serve falooda immediately and enjoy!
