All of this is what makes the speaker buoyant.
I set out to try it on a hiking trip to Snowden. Ok – not the place people would think of using a portable speaker, but, for me, this was the perfect setting to truly show you what I’m talking about.
The weight of it is amazingly low compared to other speakers, and comes with a clasp to secure it to your backpack. But it wasn’t the inside that would prove how well built it was – it was the outside. And guess what? 5 stars! It endured rock climbing and getting unmercifully hit by rocks, water, bushes and everything encountered on the way to the summit. The user friendly volume-rotating button is my favourite feature and the look of it makes it stand out, with plenty of other people noticing and asking about it.
The sound is loud enough, nicely making the most of it’s 2 x 38mm Woofer and 2 x Passive Radiators, which created a crisp sound quality enough bass to make all tastes satisfied.
I also got a fair amount of battery usage as it was full 90% of the time when used.
A feature that also impressed was the quality of using it to make conference call through Siri, without any issues! I had a few issues pairing android phones, but this was easily solved after a second try. It even pairs swiftly with OS systems.
This is now my companion on every single outdoor activity, and guess what? I recommend using it when you go for a shower! You are in for a surprise.
