The Dreamland Block Party marks the start of the summer holidays, and as a brand new event developed especially for young people, it was only right that the organisers selected someone ultra-cool to headline.
Grime artist Big Narstie has been confirmed as the headliner of the Scenic Stage, in a move that will see the Dreamland Block Party expand.
The event will be held at the iconic amusement park and includes a diverse programme of entertainment that continues across the day and throughout the evening.
Big Narstie will appear on Dreamland’s outdoor Scenic Stage on Saturday 21 July alongside many other notable artists; the support line-up includes classic garage act, Oxide & Neutrino and Jammz.
Dreamland Block Party merges music & street style with dance & sports, making it a truly enjoyable event that will cater to all interests.
Jess du Preez, Event Producer at Dreamland, commented: “The Dreamland Block Party is going to be a really diverse and exciting event, particularly for young people. We’ve got lots planned including sports, music and dance, and given that it’s the first day of the summer holidays, we’re expecting a great atmosphere!”
