What> The second national photography exhibition “frames of dreamers” hosted by Chobiyal Society is going to take place in January. The aim of this Festival is to encourage “University level” photography enthausiasts and to create a platform that connects photographers as a unit. After the submission of photos, the organizers will exibit the photo and also declare the winner of the program.
