England VS West Indies – 1st Test – Review

West Indies cricket team beat England side by 4 wickets in their first test of 3 match test series.

This is for the first time since 2000 that the West Indies beat England.

Jermaine Blackwood’s 95 in the second innings help the Caribbean’s reaching their 200 targets.

In the first innings, England scored 204 runs in which Ben stokes contribution was 43 runs and Jos Buttler scored 35 runs.

West Indies scored 318 on the board depending on Kraigg Brathwait’s 65 and Shane Dowrich’s 61 Runs.

During the second innings, England gave West Indies 200 runs target as Zak Crawley and Dom Sibley both got a half-century.

Jermaine Blackwood’s 95 made it so easy for the Caribbean’s to chase the target.

West Indies pacer Shannon Gabriel selected as player of the match with his 9 wickets in two innings.

“Shannon is just one of those guys who keep doing it. He has a massive, massive heart and he’s been through a lot,” said West Indies keeper Jason holder.
