The incident took place a week after Joe Biden announced a half-dozen executive actions to combat gun violence in America. Gun violence has been a prominent problem in the country and rapid plans need to be carried out to stop this violence.
The Indianapolis shooting was the latest string of mass killings across the US in recent months. An epidemic and an international embarrassment of a nation that continues to fail to control gun violence.
