Manchester-based Duke & Jones is back with a catchy, dance-pop single called “Hold On,” with fellow UK producer Sam Day. Blurring the boundaries between pop, dance, and future bass, it’s hard to pinpoint a genre on this one it showcases their signature sound design, accompanied by an upbeat vocal hook, and melodic synth elements.

The British duo were the first up-and-comers to sign with TheShaliziGroup in 2020, where they’re managed alongside A-list names, such as Marshmello, Alesso, & Surf Mesa. They recently announced their festival debut at Hard Summer London in August 2021, and have a slew of other festivals confirmed. They started a series called “adding autotune to random things” which quickly became a worldwide viral sensation, accumulating over 450k followers on TikTok. Billboard Dance named them as an “Emerging Act To Watch” in May 2020, and they have since shown no signs of slowing down. They’re ushering in a fresh new sound to the UK scene and bringing it to a worldwide audience.

The duo released it independently and got off-the-bat support from nearly every major DSP, along with marquee DJ support from the likes of Marshmello, Zeds Dead, Don Diablo, and more. Additionally, it got added to full rotation on BPM (SiriusXM), along with top-notch airplay throughout Australia, New Zealand, UK, Germany, Russia, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Canada, & Austria, just to name a few.
