Charitable Tennis Ball to Help Disadvantaged Children

The Tennis Ball returns this year on 10 November at the London Hilton on Park Lane to help introduce the sport to disadvantaged children.
The first Tennis Ball took place in 2009 to raise funds for Give It Your Max and IC Philanthropy, two charity tennis initiatives. Both aim to provide opportunities for children in disadvantaged circumstances both in the UK and internationally to improve their chances in life through tennis.
Children, who would otherwise have no access to the sport, get the opportunity to try it and learn the values fairness, fun and friendship as well as health, fitness, and a host of other life-enhancing opportunities.
The Tennis Ball will host special guests, as well as an array of tennis and other personalities. Sir Trevor McDonald OBE will be the host of this year’s edition.
Brilliant comedian Dominic Holland will take the responsibility to entertain this year, and Sky Sports top presenter Marcus Buckland will act as Master of Ceremonies.
The evening will include a reception, dinner, entertainment, dancing and an auction conducted by TV personality auctioneer Charlie Ross. For more information visit thetennisball.co.uk.
