Brazilian singer and composer José Gabriel de Souza Diniz but known as Gabriel Diniz, who was only 28 years old has died on Monday, May 27 in a terrible plane crash in Brazil.
Diniz was flying to Maceió from Salvador to celebrate his girlfriend, Karoline Calheiro’s birthday when the small plane crashed in the town of Porto Do Mato, Estância, on the southern coast of Sergipe, Brazil and the singer died along with two pilots.
“It is with great pain that we can confirm the death of Gabriel Diniz and the plane’s crew,” saying this Diniz’s management team has confirmed the death news of the singer.
Singer’s fans started showed their love, respect, heartfelt tributes, videos and notes of sympathy over social media when the singer’s death news spread out.
“There are things that are hard to believe,” writing this Firmino added, “The message of love and joy that you left here on earth was incredible. Glad to have met you. Rest in peace.”
Diniz was best known for his 2016 song “Paraquedas” . His latest released single track is “Jenifer”
which became a huge hit in Brazil, is said to have been inspired by a relationship that began online.
The young singer had more than 2 million subscribers on YouTube and 4.5 million followers on Instagram.
The cause of the crash is reportedly still under investigation.
