Billie Eilish & Rosalía Drops ‘Lo Vas A Olvidar’

Billie Eilish and Rosalía teamed up for the much-anticipated collaboration and released the song ‘Lo Vas A Olvidar’ along with a dimly lit, hazy official video. Puza Snigdha reports.

The single is a part of the HBO show Euphoria’s ‘Part Two: Jules’. The show is set to premier on 24th January.

Almost the entire song has been sung in Spanish language and has the flavor of vibe-y, soulful sound for which the both are stars are iconic. The title “Lo Vas A Olvidar,” means “Will You Forget It.”

“I was like “no, no no, it should be in Spanish, it’s so beautiful. She told me what the lyrics mean and then it meant even more ‘cause I was like, that’s beautiful and the delivery’s beautiful and the emotion is beautiful,” Eilish shared her conversation with Rosalía in an interview with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe.

The duo has teased the song arrival back in 2019, tweeting “can’t wait to finish our song”. They also posted a picture from the studio. They started working together since the lockdown.

The song is music video directed by Nabil and produced by produced by Eilish’s brother and close collaborator, Finneas.

“You guys have been waiting for this,” Eilish told fans this week.

Eilish is busy with debut album ‘When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?’ that released in March 2019. She released her last song ‘My Future’ and ‘Therefore I Am’ in 2020.

Rosalia released the tracks ‘Dolerme’, ‘Juro Que’, and ‘TKN’ and featured on a recent remix of the Weekend’s ‘Blinding Lights’ back in 2020.
