Christmas in August, what?
It is never too early to get into the Christmas spirit, we say, and this is something that the guys at cocktail chain Be At One also believe.
We were invited to a special Christmas Showcase that allowed us to sample some delicious foods and try some amazing cocktails, and all whilst soaking up the glorious ambience of the Birmingham bar.
Our party were led into a secret back room that I didn’t even know existed, and we were welcomed warmly with prosecco and goody bags. The live music, courtesy of Elegant Entertainment, was charming and pleasant; with a playlist combining Christmas songs and modern tracks, there was a good variety of music for everyone to enjoy.
The cocktails were artistically created and lovingly made by charismatic and energetic barmen, who allowed select individuals to go behind the bar and concoct their own drinks. This demonstrated how fun and easy it would be to experience Be At One’s masterclasses.
The tasty buffet foods were laid on by Gusto, and they packed a real flavour – we particularly enjoyed the meatballs and dip, with their rich meatiness and mouth-watering aroma.
Members of our team were also treated with free manicures and hairstyles, thanks to Blow Ltd, who were on hand to showcase their services and products to attendees.
One of the funnest moments was when we took to the photo-booth. We squeezed into the frame wearing garments from a fancy dress box and had 8 seconds after our photo was taken to switch items and get ready to pose again for another shot.
This provided us with lots of laughs, and several hilarious photos for us to keep!
Overall this was a memorable and fun-filled evening complemented by wonderful music, delicious food, stunning cocktails and welcoming staff members. The team really got into the Christmas mood – one barman even took to wearing an elf costume, complete with pointy hat!
We have always held Be At One in high regard but after this thoroughly entertaining event we can confirm that this is indeed the place to go to party!
