Autosport International

When > 11 and 12 January, 2020
Where > The NEC, North Ave, Marston Green, Birmingham
What > On Saturday 11 and Sunday 12, the Autosport International doors are opened up for motorsport enthusiasts of all ages to see the fastest cars, biggest stars and adrenaline-spiking live action. Star drivers including Jenson Button, Lando Norris, Billy Monger and more have taken a pitstop on the Autosport Stage, explore over 1,000 glistening motors on display, get behind the wheel in the UK’s largest e-sports fan village, discover petrolhead heaven in the Performance & Tuning Car Show and more!
Autosport International, alongside Autosport Engineering and the Performance and Tuning Car Show, is celebrating its 30th year with over 600 brands represented throughout the four days including trade only days on 9 and 10 January.
2020 is also the 70th year of both Formula One and Autosport magazine and these birthdays will be a core theme this week. Autosport is a cherished part of the rapidly growing Motorsport Network and in 2019 their digital platforms reached over 50 million unique users worldwide.
In addition to reflecting on 70 years of passion, heroes, glory and technology, the 2020 event will also be looking seven decades ahead. Motorsport thought leaders will be inspiring students to create their vision of the future with the #Autosport2090 project. Will we see the convergence of new energy sources, autonomy and eSports to create the F1 of 2090? This will be a key topic of debate at the Autosport Business Forum, running throughout the two trade days.
Europe’s top tuned cars
 will be displayed throughout the
show, demonstrating the latest in modification trends. As over 500 tuned cars are expected to roar to the NEC, the Show will reverberate to the thunder of 200,000 horsepower. Our ‘Revving Red Carpet’ will be a catwalk for the five best top tuned cars in Europe, as voted for by fans in the build-up to the show.
Who > Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc will be a star guest on Sunday. The Monaco-born driver broke into the ranks of F1 frontrunners in 2019, taking the most pole positions of any driver. He also entered Ferrari folklore when he won the Scuderia’s home Grand Prix at Monza, only the tenth driver in the team’s F1 history to do so. He will be the first current Ferrari F1 driver to star at Europe’s premier motorsport show and heads a line-up including David Coulthard, Gerhard Berger, Lando Norris, Ari Vatanen, Colin Turkington, Karun Chandok, Chris Ingram, Jamie Chadwick and the world’s fastest man on land, Andy Green.
Entry > From £18 to £125
