“The devious crime of a few moments ago in Coatzacoalcos will not go unpunished,” said the governor of Veracruz state in a tweet.
The first reports suggest that the fire was caused by an attack with Molotov bombs while some local media point out that shots were also recorded inside the bar ‘The White Horse’
The Zetas drug cartel staged that 2011 attack to enforce demands for protection payments. It came almost eight years to the day after a fire at a casino in the northern city of Monterrey killed 52 people.
Veracruz is one of the most brutal areas of Mexico. Medication dealing courses to the United States go through it, and grisly fights oftentimes emit between adversary medication packs.
