AmpRocks Festival Line-Up Announced

The wait is finally over…AmpRocks have released the names of the artists set to perform at its hotly anticipated 2018 edition, which kick-starts this year’s widely popular Ampthill Festival.
On 29 June female group Bananarama, dance music duo Example & DJ Wire and Brit rock group Reef are set to perform at AmpRocks in what will undoubtedly be a fun-filled party with a buzzing atmosphere and top quality music.
The reunion of Bananarama will see the original members – Sara Dallin, Siobhan Fahey and Keren Woodwood – join forces for the first time since the glorious 1980s to perform their classic tracks (think ‘Venus’, ‘I Heard a Rumour’, ‘Cruel Summer’ and ‘Love in the First Degree’).
Example & DJ Wire will get the crowds pumped with their exciting live set, as the British rapper and north London DJ have already engaged the masses at other festivals with their infectious energy and great sound – previous appearances include at Glastonbury and Reading.
Reef, the indie rockers, have also featured at Glastonbury and Reading and will further enhance proceedings with their raw talent and catchy 90s rock vibe.
AmpRocks chair Mark Tiana commented: “To have Bananarama, Example and Reef playing on your doorstep at a ticket price that is considerably better value than many other gigs and festivals is nothing short of amazing.”
The festival will take place in Ampthill Park and tickets are great value at last year’s price of £35 plus booking fee (for a limited time), so make sure you snap yours up now whilst they are on offer!
