The restaurant has the nerve-soothing atmosphere but not the occult food of its Copenhagen ancestor. Light wood, charcoal banquettes, and slightly Deco-ish tiled walls and columns mingle in a striking palette. The menu is constantly changing all the time, and the chef is undoubtedly multi talented: A bright lemon cucumber salad sprinkled with salmon roe tends to be as impressive as the beef heart with garlic scapes and green strawberries. Desserts must be tasted.
