Following the viral success of the Netflix series it has been revealed that bonus episode is in the works. Tara Pilkington writes.
The hit Netflix show, Tiger King, could be getting a follow-up special very soon, according to one of the shows stars, business Jeff Lowe.
The series, which follows big cat owner Joe Exotic in the world of exotic animal ownership in the United States, has become a viral hit thanks to lockdown measures across the globe which have forced people to stay inside their homes and look for different ways to keep entertained whilst remaining indoors.
While the show currently only has one series, there have been hints online that Netflix is working on a follow-up episode.
Lowe made this claim regarding the new episode while sharing videos on Cameo, a site where fans can pay celebrities to record personalised video messages for them. At the end of the video which sparked these rumours, Lowe said;
“Netflix just called, they’re gonna add one more episode next week. They’re gonna film me here Sunday, it’s a wrap-up, we’re gonna tell you what happened.”
