Lady Gaga
Lady Gaga’s latest film House of Gucci was busy influencing fans before it was even released. After the release of Gaga’s picture of wearing the dress, the fashion house is scarves seeing a 67% jump. Demand for “platform boots” also rose 60% after the star was seen wearing various pairs in July, and her haute couture Valentino look saw page views for the Italian label increase by 117%.
Lil Nas X
After Lil Nas X wore a Richard Quinn suit to the 2021 BET Awards, page views for the brand’s epic floral pieces jumped 78% in just 24 hours. While searches with key terms such as “embroidered suit” and “beaded suit” collectively increased 50%.
Dua Lipa
Dua’s Vivienne Westwood pearl choker at the 2021 BRIT Awards encouraged searches for similar styles to spike 108% within a week. Her 2021 Grammys Versace look then saw a 245% increase in page views for the brand.
Kai
EXO member Kai released his first solo album in late 2020. Then he continued his collaborations with Gucci. It is marking the first time the Italian fashion house has worked with a Korean celebrity on a collection. After dropping it in April, his first Gucci capsule collection sold out almost immediately with high fashion labels spiking 264%.
Harry Styles
After his memorable red carpet appearance at the 2021 Grammys, page views for feather boas of which he wore two, both by Gucci. It had a huge spike of 1,500% in just 48 hours.
