3 Ingredients Mango Mousse recipe!

With the monsoon season approaching in Bangladesh, now is the best time to pick up those ripe mangoes from your garden and make some delicious desserts with them. Here is a simple mango mousse recipe that anyone can make with only three ingredients!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of mango puree
  • 1/3 cup Condensed milk
  • ½ cup Whipping cream

Method:

Cut 2 mangoes and use a blender to make a smooth mango puree. Add condensed milk to the puree and blend to make a smooth paste. Strain them to avoid lumps. On a separate bowl, take half a cup of whipping cream and beat till it forms medium peaks. Finally, add the strained puree and condense milk mixture to the whipping cream. Fold the mixture with a spatula. Add the mousse into small glasses and garnish them with cubed mangoes and fresh mint leaves.
