Billie Eilish to Kick-Off London ‘Overheated’ Climate Event

Previously Billie Eilish has announced ‘Overheated’, a multi-day climate-focused event that’s set to require place at The O2 in London during this June month. The six-day event will happen initially on June 10-12, 16, and the second event will occur on June 25-26 to coincide with the United Kingdom and Ireland leg of the singer’s ‘Happier Than Ever’ world tour.

The ‘Overheated’ could be a climate focus event and there’ll be a discussion about the climate crisis and also about the work all do to form a special. The event will bring climate activists, musicians, and designers together at the venues across The O2. Fashion icon Dame Vivenne Westwood, Glastonbury Festival co-organizer Emily Eavis, Girl in Red, Support + Feed founder Maggie Baird, climate activist Tori Tsui and cultural sustainability fashion activist/entrepreneur Samata Pattinson.

Subjects focusing on the advantages of a plant-based diet, developing greening practices within the music industry, and sustainable fashion are set to be explored during panel discussions. there’ll be presenting screenings of the Overheated documentary, Live performances, and climate action opportunities. Sigrid will be performing live during Overheated‘s ‘Music Climate Session’ on June 16. Collaborator Finneas, Eilish, and her brother are totally set to start the event by giving a warm introduction on June 10.

Eilish is among the artists who are devoted to guiding the music industry’s response to the worldwide climate and ecological emergency and supported the recent launch of the ‘US chapter of Music Declares Emergency. The six-day conference (June 10-12 and 16 and June 25-26) presented by Eilish, Support + Feed, and REVERB will overlap with the UK/Ireland dates on Eilish’s Happier Than Ever world tour and ll profits from ticket sales for Overheated are donated to the organizations’ Support + Feed and REVERB. Founder of Support + Feed Maggie Baird said in a very statement:

‘We are thrilled to be in London and to own this chance to attach and discuss other ways we are able to take action to mitigate the climate crisis.’

Billie Eilish is one of all the top-line presenters at the upcoming climate conference ‘Overheated,’ which is able to take over the O2 Arena in London this month. and therefore the musician is putting her global fame to good use to assist the environment. The June event will coincide with Billie’s ‘Happier Than Ever’ UK tour dates and is using the time appropriately. Eilish and brother/producer Finneas are scheduled to introduce the lineup on June 10 with a special music climate session focused on sustainable green practices within the industry, a youth activist zone, and chats about the advantages of a plant-based diet.

The ticket pre-sale for the event comes into being from May 4 at 4 a.m. ET.
