Band Seventeen is Paying Tribute to the Devastated Members of The Band by Tsunami

Riefian Fajarsyah, lead vocalist of the band Seventeen injured, bassist and manager had lost their life by the tsunami hitted Indonesia killing more than 400 people.

The tsunami stroke when the band was performing in a marquee at Tanjung Lesung beach resort in Java and swept away Bassist Bani, guitarist Herman, road manager Oki Wijaya. A crew member has confirmed the news.

Skynews has covered the terrifying moment when the wave hit the stage.

The video has been posted on online that shows that Riefian Fajarsyah, known as Ifan, was playing with his pop-rock when a wall of water slammed into the stage and swept Mr Fajarsyah, but he managed to save his life. But two other band members and two of his crew failed to save their life.

Dylan, Fajarsyah’s wife and drummer Andi are missing. Fajarsyah posted a video on instragram after the incident happened in which he said the group’s bassist and road manager were killed.

“We lost our bassist Bani and our road manager Oki,” saying this Fajarsyah said
“Andi and Herman and Ujang have not been found. Please pray so that my wife Dylan will be found soon. The rest are thankfully safe although suffering from injuries and broken bones. Please pray so my wife Dylan, Andi and Herman and Ujang can be found soon.”

“My deep condolences to the victims in Banten and Lumpung provinces,” said Indonesian President Joko.

Its been saying that the reason of the 10 feet high, tsunami mayb be the Anak Krakatau volcano.
